This product was designed for serious athletes. It contains hard hitting ingredients in large doses. It has 5 whole grams of citrulline, 300 mg of Vaso6 along with 2 grams of beta alanine. The 50 mg of AstraGin helps your body to absorb all these effective ingredients.
For energy it contains 300 mg of caffeine and a gram of taurine. To keep your mind as pumped as your body this product contains 100 mg of each alpha GPC, whole coffee fruit extract, and theanine.

Directions For Wreckage: For advanced users, mix one serving (1 scoop) of MusclePharm Wreckage™ in 8-12 fl. oz. of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. For first time or inexperienced users, begin with a half serving (½ scoop) to assess tolerance. Do not exceed one serving per day. Use as part of a healthy diet and exercise program.
