This supplement contains almost the exact same ingredients as the original NutraBio Pre Workout V5 with a few different tweaks. It still has the electrolytes and the beta alanine, betaine, and creatine. It also has the citrulline, agmatine, and nitrosigine for massive pumps.
The main tweak is that this supplement contains cluster dextrin, or highly branched citric dextrin, as an energy fueling carb. Unlike other dextrins, this type doesn’t spike your insulin levels but is released slowly as and energy source. Another benefit of this type of carb is that it is passed through the stomach faster, allowing it to be used by your body for energy instead of being stored as fat.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 heaping scoop of PRE into 12-14 ounces of water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to resistance training. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level. PRE is extremely powerful, first time users should begin use with 1/2 scoop or less to assess your tolerance. DO NOT EXCEED 1 SCOOP IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD OR USE MORE THAN 5 DAYS IN ANY 7 DAY PERIOD.
