However, at the suggested serving level it is not dosed at a clinical level as it only packs 2.5g of creatine and 1.5 beta alanine. That is not necessarily a bad thing but with lower dosages of core ingredients it is a good option for those already taking another creatine supplement at another point in the day. MegaWatt V2 is a good entry into preworkouts for beginners to test ingredient tolerance (it may be all you need) or a good intra workout supplement for intermediate level athletes looking for an extra kick during long sessions.
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop in 8 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training. MegaWatt V2 is mega powerful so never exceed 1 scoop at a time and never exceed more than 2 scoops in a 24 hour period. While using MegaWatt V2 be sure to consume a minimum of 120 oz of water daily.
