As per the manufacturer’s recommendations you are to take one scoop in 8 – 12 oz of cold water approximately 30 minutes before your workout. To assess your tolerance it is advised that you begin by starting with a half serving due to the caffeine content.It is also recommended that you avoid using this product less than 3 – 4 hours prior to going to bed.
