This is a pre workout supplement in powder form claiming to have twice the dosage of the necessary ingredients you look for in a preworkout supplement compared to the other leading brands.
Considering that the dosing of l-citrulline and caffeine is on the higher level, this wouldn’t be a good product to start out with if you haven’t used a preworkout supplement before. Because the beta alanine is only 2 grams per serving, you won’t experience an unreasonable amount of the tingling sensation.
