This product is a lower key preworkout formula. The energy and focus mostly comes from the caffeine content which is high at 300 mg. It does contain 2 grams of beta alanine as a nitric oxide booster for a slight pump effect. L-arginine is also included in this product for a little extra boost.
Alpha GPC is the focus and mental clarity producing ingredient along with taurine. This product might cause a harder crash than most because of the caffeine but it doesn’t create quite the lasting energy.

Directions For DyNO: Mix one scoop with 6-10 oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed more than one scoop.
