The inclusion of Bioperine means that ingredient absorption is amplified significantly, so this is one pre-workout supplement that doesn’t disappoint. It does not contain any creatine, however, so if you are desirous of increasing your power output even further, it may serve you well the combine additional creatine with CONVICT.
Determine tolerance by mixing 1 scoop with 10-12oz. cold water. Consume 30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been determined, you can use two scoops.
