Containing a modest combination of vasodilatory, energy boosting and performance supporting ingredients, Cellucor C4 Sport will help support your workouts so that you notice a difference – given you’ve not used other preworkouts before. What it lacks, however, is true specialty, in the sense that it is not exceptional at helping you achieve pumps, neither is it heavy stimulant based. The Creatine and beta-alanine are good additions that will help support overall endurance and fatigue buffering, but if you rely on heavy stim products you won’t get a kick out of this.
Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4 Sport®, mixed with 6-8 fl. oz. of water 20 – 30 minutes before training. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.

Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use and contact a medical doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to this product.
