AFTERNOON: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 oz of water 30-45 minutes before lunch. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while using this product. This product should not be taken within 6 hours before bed.
Taking this product without adequate uid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have dif culty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, dif culty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
