Made by the Canadian company Blue Star Nutraceuticals, Blade is a high-end premium fat burner that can be consumed as your pre-workout. Its formulation will induce thermogenesis and likely promote the oxidation of free fatty acids for energy (given that you make dietary modifications), and it also does a good job of increasing energy and focus. In terms of performance and pumps, however, it does a very poor job at that since its ingredient profile is devoid of the necessary ingredients as it was designed as a stimulant heavy fat burner. It does contain quite a few unique ingredients, which may or may not do a better job of helping you lose those love handles. Give it a shot if you’re new to using fat burners and don’t have a problem with stims, because Blade has a lot of them.
Always begin with 1 capsule in a 24 hour period to assess tolerance. As a dietary supplement, take 2 capules of BLADE upon rising and 2 capsules mid-afternoon with at least 8 ounces of water. Do not take within a 5 hours of sleep Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. Combine BLADE with a sensible diet and exercise program.
