Assault is manufactured by MusclePharm, a California based Supplement Company established in 2010. Assault is a hard hitting preworkout supplement that focuses primarily on helping you power through your sessions with its generous amounts of performance boosters in creatine and beta alanine, as well as energy and focus ingredients to give you tunnel vision on the weights that lay henceforth. MusclePharm Assault does not contain nitric oxide boosters of any sort, so don’t go pump chasing with this one. You will achieve a highly productive workout, but the nitric oxide associated vasodilation may not be evident. Assault is a great choice for new to intermediate athletes that are power or strength athletes, or those with a little higher tolerance for stimulants.
This product contains ingredients for muscle gains, energy and power. There is 1.75 grams of beta alanine and 1.5 grams of betaine per serving as power boosters. It also contains 3 grams of creatine, and a gram each of taurine and L-glycine for muscle growth.
This product also contains a good variety of vitamins as well as caffeine and acetyl-L-carnitine for focus and energy. It is sugar and carb free.

Directions For Assault: Mix one serving (1 scoop) of Assault in 8-12 fl. oz. of cold water and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed one serving per day.
