Like its stimulant heavy 1.M.R version, VORTEX does a good job at retaining ingredients that help to boost energy levels, focus and the ability to support weight loss, but is different since it now supports the pump you are after. It is not a classic preworkout pump/energy supplement by a long shot, but the inclusion of one ingredient (glycerol) that can help deliver muscle volumizing effects is a step in the right direction. Best suited for new to intermediate athletes who want a fair all round preworkout supplement, but since it is not best suited to any one task – think of this as a jack of all trades master of none kind of supplement.
USE ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY. PLEASE BEGIN WITH ONE SERVING (1 SCOOP) TO ASSESS TOLERANCE LEVEL. Take one (1) serving (1 scoop) approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, blended into 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
